Hi, I’m Dr. Agena Renee.
I’m a board-certified OB-GYN, coach, and speaker who helps high-achieving women navigate midlife transitions with more clarity, self-compassion, and ease.
I spent over a decade in academic and clinical medicine, often supporting everyone else while quietly pushing through my own exhaustion. Like many women in demanding careers, I learned how to perform, persevere, and keep going, even when my body and mind were asking for something different.
During my own perimenopause journey, burnout, depression, and a late ADHD diagnosis forced me to pause and really listen. That moment didn’t break me. It redirected me.
Today, I support women, especially those in leadership and high-responsibility roles, as they navigate perimenopause, neurodivergence, career crossroads, changing family dynamics, and the invisible mental and emotional load they carry. My work blends medical insight, coaching, and deep presence to help women move out of survival mode and into a life that feels more sustainable, aligned, and authentic.
